Many magazine and newspaper have traditionally discouraged employees on the publish side, include advertising, circulation, and other business departments, from interacting with those on the editorial side who write and edit an articles, this can be done by separating editorial and advertising offices, barring the sale force from reading article before they are printed, and prohibiting editorial employees from participating in advertising sales calls.

Brands Use Extreme Sports to Connect with Gen Y

For long time, marketers actually use sports as way to promote and advert their product and service as a sponsorship and promotional with major sport popular such as football, soccer, basketball, tennis and more. However, marketers realized that promote and involvement via traditional sports is becoming less effective to connect with Gen Y,peoples who are approximately aged 11-31, that more interest in extreme sports or alternative sports which have begun rejecting more traditional sports in increasing numbers, such as skateboarding, mountaineering, ski jumping, and more  .

For example, Mountain Dew, a carbonate soft-drink brand produced and owned be PepsiCo, that has continued it's involvement with extreme sports over the past 10 years by raised it with action sport to new level when it launched Dew Action Sport Tour (DAST). The key to the DAST is the promotional opportunities associated with the various events and it can also developed the numbers of off-site promotions to support DAST. Then, other brands have recognized Mountain Dew's street credibility with young people and have signed up as a sponsors of DAST including Panasonic, Toyota, and Sony play station, and develop specific retail promotion.

In conclusion, marketer are changing how they advertise to this young and profitable segment of the population because they are defined by two characteristic: time and money. it is an experience culture for gen Y, the marketer must be thinking about what to do is an ineffective way to break through by the way they must become involved with the experience of Generation Y in order to be taken seriously and respected enough for them to buy the product or service. Extreme sports are considered cool and exciting by generation Y, another great place to reach this market.

The Internet: Does It Mean the Death of Television Advertising?

With the appearance of the internet and television. Most people now rarely choose to be watching the television, rather they prefer to surf on the internet. Just in case, does it mean the dead of television advertising

Today, advertising on the internet is much more sophisticated with strong abilities to deliver information to  target the right audience, and to measure responses instantly. but an article of the title and more studies content that internet advertising is still its infancy. There is a widely held believe in the future comparing to day the internet advertising with the first television advertising but it won't be totally replace by the internet in the very near future.

Definitely not, because the television strong clinging with people lifestyle, especially in remote areas. Moreover, it has become people habits to acquire information through the television and another media like radio.The last but not lease, the television are now active collaboration with the internet and the television there will still be a need for responsible new reporting that people trust, because of they will always have a need for reliable and accurate information in a world issue and a crisis.

With the development of the internet absolutely it has some influence on another social medias industry like the television, but I don't think don't think it will replace it all. I usually watching too may advertising through the television and spent almost in holiday time in front of it.

Common Mistake In Customer Service

Most who work in the field customer service would agree that it's must easier to manage a happy customer than a mad one. Many of them who became angry with customer service do so over simple the mistake that could have been easily avoided right from from the beginning of transaction. Their have  four common customer service mistake made in business everyday and steps to avoid those mistakes before they ever happen.

Setting Up a Hostile Environment:
Most of customer have walked into a business at one time or another, only to be ignored by staff member or treated rudely from the first greeting. This set up a combative environment that does not bode well for a satisfying experience or a happy customer. The company should train staff in hospitality or cultivate a service mind.

Ignoring a Customer's problem:
Whether the customer service rep doesn't listen to the customer's issue, customer that don't get their specific problem addressed become a problem for customer service reps. So staff really listen to their customer and follow it through to completion explain that customers communicate with more than word, use heeding tone, body language and other non-verbal signals will help reps understand where a customer is coming from.

Failing to Follow Through on a Customer's Request:
When customer come with a request, they expects the customer service representative to follow it to complete. When this doesn't happen, an angry, frustrated customer is usually the result. Thus, the accountability is the key to avoiding this customer service mistake. Create an environment where the reps understand that if they are first point of contact for a customer, they must also be the last. When CSRs know they will be held accountable for that customer's satisfaction, they will be more likely to follow through on a request until it's completed.

Trying a Customer's Patience:
Event the most customer patience customer have their boiling point, and once that point is reached, it's much more challenging to create a happy experience for that customer overall. Customer expect that service it fast. efficient and accurate and your business is responsible to provide it. Therefor, if customer service are frustrating customers, it maybe time to streaming some of them into a more efficient process. Thorough training of customer service reps is also essential to ensure customers enjoy a fast, accurate transaction ever time they walk in to business.

Hospitality is very very important. When a customer visiting your business it's the same as when having a guest in to your home, you want them to feel comfortable and welcome. Showing such a hospitality can foster a great customer relationship.

Auld Lang Syne (The New Year's Anthem)

AULD LANG SYNE
The Robert Burns version
with Scots words translated

Should auld acquaintance be forgot,
And never brought to mind?
Should auld acquaintance be forgot,
And days o’ lang syne!

For auld lang syne, my Dear,
For auld lang syne,
We’ll take a cup o’ kindness yet,
For auld lang syne.

We two have run about the hills,
And pulled the daisies fine;
But we’ve wander’d many a weary foot,
Since auld lang syne.

We two have paddled in the brook,
From mornin’ sun till dinnertime:
But seas between us broad have roar’d,
Since auld lang syne.

And there’s a hand, my trusty friend,
And give us a hand o’ thine;
And we’ll take a right goodwill draft,
For auld lang syne.

And surely ye’ll buy your pint‐cup,
And surely I’ll buy mine;
And we’ll take a cup o’ kindness yet,
For auld lang syne.

Auld Lang Syne - Mariah Carey

Impact Of Tourism In Thailand.

Thailand is one of the most visited place of tourism for long time but now its not be the same anymore. tourism in Thailand had together negative and positive impact to difference kind of way.

Positive: tourism industry can bring a lot of income to local and government and create a job opportunity in country such as helps preserve rural services like buses and other transportation, village shop and post office (post card) it also increased demand for local food and crafts. Tourism mainly come to see the scenery and wildlife, so there is pressure to conserve habitats and wildlife. At the same way tourism can be a chance to show off the beautiful location in country. Thailand had to upgrade standard of living. So tourism in Thailand its so great!

Negative: by the way tourism lead too many negative things, such as. Damage to the landscape, forest cut down the tree to make the hotels, hurt and violate wide animal. Traffic congestion and pollution, beautiful landscape magnetize people in to them and became the environment impact. In the social communication problem tourism like local goods can became expensive because tourists will pay more. Shop stock products for tourists and not everyday goods needed by local. Damage for holiday homes makes housing too expensive for local people. Tourism demand for development of more shops and hotels. Job are mainly seasonal, low paid with long hours.

Under there circumstances, it is worth examining the strange and weakness of the tourism industry in Thailand and what trends it might take an opportunity in the future.
